Problem
My problem is that there is no live Customer Service at all! When I signed up for Shaw Academy, I was able to speak to an Advisor live, on the phone. Now, none of the phone numbers given, are available, and when I ask for a call back, nobody calls me back for several requests. Im not going to discuss my problem in an email, I need to speak someone in person, please. So I would like a call back as soon as possible. Thank you in advance! Marianna Bato

To keep others from getting their money stolen
Shaw refused to refund all money. A hidden cost 45.00 was charged. And they refused to refund. Surly there will be a class action against them.
User's recommendation: Do NOT trust these people. Even if you cancel on time , they will squeeze 45.00 or out of your account!!
